We advise on all aspects of medical law including

• Access to health information and records held by NHS bodies, and disputes regarding Data Protection issues
• Clinical negligence claims involving GPs, dentists, hospital Trusts, and private hospitals
• Claims of abuse in nursing/ care homes
• Representation at coroners inquests
• Issues of choice within health services, including disputes regarding access to GPs and forced treatment and consent
• Support and advice regarding NHS complaints
• Advice regarding complaints to the General Medical Council or General Dental Council

We do not undertake clinical negligence claims under public funding (legal aid) at present.
